Used service buses for public transport

A city bus runs every day, often on double shifts. So we check what matters: engine, gearbox, brakes and bodywork are inspected before sale, and we say plainly what has been done and what still needs doing.

Stock includes the Mercedes-Benz Citaro in K (midibus), C2 Euro 6 and G articulated versions, plus a 2019 Otokar Kent C. Vehicles that suit transport companies, private operators and municipalities.

Why buy a used bus from Germany?

Documented maintenance

In Germany the HU/TÜV inspection is mandatory every year for buses. You buy a vehicle with a real service history and stamped records — not a mileage figure you have to take on trust.

Euro 6 and a deep market

German operators renew their fleets on a fixed cycle. That puts recent Euro 5 and Euro 6 vehicles on the market at prices that are hard to match elsewhere in Europe.

Export made simple

We prepare the export paperwork. For business buyers with a valid EU VAT number, delivery to another member state is free of German VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a used city bus cost?

In our stock prices start at €22,500 net for a 2009 Mercedes-Benz Citaro K midibus and reach €69,900 net for a 2019 Otokar Kent C. On the German market a used city bus generally costs between €20,000 and €90,000 net.

Is a bus with 500,000 km still a good buy?

Yes, if the maintenance is documented. City buses are designed for 600,000 to over 1,000,000 kilometres, so 500,000 km is well within normal. What matters more is the condition of the engine and gearbox, and the absence of corrosion on the underbody and wheel arches.

Do you deliver outside Germany?

Yes. We deliver throughout the European Union and arrange transport further afield on request, or you can collect the bus in Hamburg yourself. Either way we prepare the export and registration documents.

Are the prices net or including VAT?

All listed prices are net, excluding VAT. For a business buyer with a valid VAT number in another EU member state this is an intra-community supply: you pay the net price and account for VAT in your own country. Buyers outside the EU pay the net price with export documentation.

Can I inspect the bus before buying?

Of course. You are welcome in Hamburg to inspect the vehicle and take it for a test drive. If you cannot travel, we send detailed photos and video of the engine, interior and bodywork, and we tell you plainly what is good and what is not.

What language can we deal in?

We speak German and English, but not every language our customers do. In practice this works well: most of our international buyers write to us in English by e-mail or WhatsApp. Write any time — we reply quickly.

Which bus would suit you?
